Confirmed.Church Anti-Spam Policy

No matter what kind of spam—SMS, Text Messaging or Mobile Spam—Confirmed.Church is resolved that it won’t reach your mobile phone.

Our First Line of Defense

Only verified, opt-in subscriptions are permitted in our Confirmed.Church text messaging platform. Our system is built to give all our subscribers quick and easy opt-out options to remove unwanted SMS communications. You can opt-out on our website, by sending a text message from your phone to the long code used by our Clients or by using the shortcode 77411 with one of the following words: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT.

What is Spam

Confirmed.Church defines ‘spam’ as any text message which is unsolicited, unexpected or unwanted from one of our Clients to the end user’s mobile device. Our anti-spam policy does not allow the use of 3rd party lists, with or without consent.

Confirmed.Church.com Anti-Spam policy:

All the Confirmed.Church.com communication protocols are in accordance with an ANTI-SPAM policy. In other words, we do not condone UNSOLICITED TEXT MESSAGES; NOTIFICATIONS; ALERTS; OR ANY MESSAGES THAT YOU MAY RECEIVE FROM ANY OF OUR CLIENTS WHO SHOULD NOT HAVE YOUR MOBILE NUMBER. Please partner with us by informing us of any abuse. Please include the following information in your report: the sender ID, your Mobile Number (to be removed), the date and time you received the spam, and the contents of the message. All reports of abuse, violations or other inappropriate uses of Confirmed.Church are kept strictly confidential. This includes the identity of the person reporting the incident. Your report will be registered, and the Client will be investigated for violations of our Anti-Spam Policy.

Anti-Spam Policy Enforcement:

As part of the Confirmed.Church terms and conditions agreement, Clients specifically agree NOT to use Confirmed.Church.com to send unsolicited Text Messages or Spam. If they wish to use a contact list, Clients agree that the list will be on an Opt-In only basis. All Text Messages sent using Confirmed.Church.com can be tracked and as a result, can be removed from the sender list. Client contacts are able to remove mobile numbers, and we support the following keywords: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. In the event that a subscriber has Opted-Out of a list or chosen a Global Block List, the Confirmed.Church.com Opt-Out List prevents our Clients from re-adding that subscriber’s mobile number to their list. If Confirmed.Church suspects that a Client is in violation of our Anti-Spam policy, we will contact that Client and discuss their options: ranging from a warning to termination of service. To the best of our knowledge, our platform adheres to ALL state and national laws regarding sending unsolicited bulk/group text messages.

SPAM and ABUSE REPORT: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT

To remove yourself from any list…

Option 1:

Reply to the spam text message received with any of the aforementioned keywords to the number 7411 or the local long code you received the message on from your phone.  No matter which option you choose, you will be removed from that list, and the Client will be restricted from adding your mobile number to their list in the future.

Option 2:

Email us (at help@Confirmed.Church.com) with STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT  in the subject line. Remember to include the sender ID, your Mobile Number, the date and time you received the spam message and the contents of the message.

Forgot which keywords are supported? Text "HELP" to 77411 or the local number you texted. Once we receive your "HELP" message, we will text you instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe.
